The Rockingham Ballroom has hosted some of the biggest names in big bands since 1934. Take a trip down memory lane in our historic building, with an authentic full-size big band, and discover what made the Swing Era so great. Our 4000 SF floating wood floor is the only such dance space in New England! Plenty of room to be Covid-19-safe while dancing and listening, and it is fully air conditioned. BYOB only. Light food menu available for purchase.

Advance ticket purchase is encouraged, $20 per person. Purchase advance tickets at https://www.rockinballroom.club. Walk-ins are welcome at $25 per person as space permits (cash or credit card accepted).

Doors open at 6:30 PM. Introductory dance lesson 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM by Greg Clarkson of Northshore Swing Dance. The Compaq Big Band plays from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

The ballroom is a 15-minute drive from Portsmouth, Exeter, or Durham.
